
Dan has designed a 5-part series workshop entitled, ”How to Develop a Strategic Plan for your Business” for the Canada/Manitoba Business Service Centre (C/MBSC) in Winnipeg, Manitoba. This pilot workshop series was launched November 3, 2010 and ended December 8th, 2010. Based on the tremendous positive feedback of 24 business owners working through sales, competitor and pricing analyses, as well as, homework exercises and real-time business examples, the C/MBSC has plans to run this workshop once again in 2011.
